One year ago this week, my life changed. The week started out with the Grinch I will eat Chick fil a here or there I will eat Chick fil a every shirt that I thought would be the first of many routine pregnancy check-ups, but turned into an expecting mother’s worst nightmare. After my exam, the doctor calmly said he wanted to send me for a sonogram and blood work just to make sure everything looked good and my dates matched up with how far along we thought I was.
