I posted that I woke up with extra anxiety. I’m happy to say it got better as the day went on.I did go visit my grandma in the nursing home and it was extremely heartbreaking. I played with her hair, I washed her face, I rubbed her head and hands. She knew someone who loved her very much was with her.
