I never really post stuff about my weight, but I’ve tried everything I possibly can to loose weight and not much has worked, I needed motivation and Grinch I used to smile and then I worked Christmas shirt .I never believed in any of that until one day I woke up and thought this is the day, just before my birthday and Christmas. Weighed myself last Saturday and then weighed my self today .I have only gone and lost a stone in a week.The healthy eating and the hard gym sessions are paying off, I’ve never worked so much than I have this past week.
